1. About GemZodiac
GemZodiac provides Vedic astrology consultations and gemstone recommendations. Our services are intended for personal guidance and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, booking a session, or subscribing to any plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the site immediately.
3. Services Offered
- 1-Year Subscription ($999): Includes 20 hours of consultation, priority scheduling, birth chart updates & transit briefings, direct WhatsApp access, and quarterly alignment reviews.
- Hourly Booking ($75/hour): A single pay-per-session consultation with flexible scheduling, full birth chart review, and direct WhatsApp access.
GemZodiac reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a payment, you authorize GemZodiac to charge the applicable fee for the selected plan. All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Razorpay’s own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure handles all card and payment data.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Hourly Bookings: Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- Annual Subscriptions: Subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a prorated refund of unused consultation hours. After 7 days, no refund is issued for the remaining subscription period.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to the contact address on our website. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Rescheduling
Hourly sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the appointment using the Calendly link provided at booking. GemZodiac reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative slot or a full refund.
7. Nature of Consultations — Disclaimer
Vedic astrology and gemstone recommendations are traditional interpretive disciplines. Results vary by individual. GemZodiac’s consultants offer insight based on astrological principles and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any area of life — including relationships, career, health, or finances.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in those domains.
8. Client Responsibilities
To receive an accurate consultation you agree to provide truthful birth details (date, time, and place of birth). GemZodiac is not liable for consultations rendered on inaccurate information provided by the client.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, audio/video material, and consultation recordings — is the property of GemZodiac and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
Session recordings shared with clients are for personal reference only and may not be published, redistributed, or used commercially.
10. Confidentiality
GemZodiac treats all client information shared during consultations as strictly confidential. Personal birth details, session notes, and communications will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected and used.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GemZodiac, its founders, consultants, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GemZodiac and its consultants from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Modifications to Terms
GemZodiac reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are accessing our services from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
