At GemZodiac, we are committed to providing a high-quality Vedic astrology and gemstone consultation experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Consultation Sessions

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session

You are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session

No refund will be issued. However, you may reschedule your session once without any penalty, subject to availability.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Yearly Subscription Plan

The Yearly Subscription Plan is non-refundable once the first consultation session has been conducted. If you have not yet used any session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by writing to us at ravi@gemzodiac.com.

Gemstone Orders

Gemstones are sourced and certified specifically for each client. Due to the personalised and customised nature of gemstone recommendations, all gemstone sales are final and non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Changes to This Policy

GemZodiac reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
